The location wanted to charge me $8 to drop off two packages for delivery. After driving there and paying $3 to park, the only thing FedEx delivered was me into the arms of their competitors.

First of all, I came here because there is not another nearby FedEx location. It was impossible to find the storefront because it’s hidden inside the hotel. I was told that it would be an additional $20 dollar to drop off my package. That’s absolutely absurd. And on top of that, they don’t take cash. I’m pretty sure that cash is legal tender, and businesses can’t be cashless. I will definitely not be returning to this location anytime soon.

I'm warning you not to ship with Fedex, especially this location. I should have known better with the 2 star review. I paid $251 for overnight shipping and my package for very important clients did not arrive. My instincts told me not to go here and to just go to UPS, just to save $20, and that was my big mistake. I haven't used Fedex in years for this same reason and decided to give them another chance, so right out of the gate on the first try back, my package is late, can't be found, and had to put in a claim. That makes sense, and it actually makes your review stronger. It distinguishes between the employee and the policy. A 2-star review with wording like this would be fair: I gave this location 2 stars because the employee who helped me was polite and professional. My frustration isn’t with him—it’s with the unexpected fee and the lack of transparency.
