That makes sense, and it actually makes your review stronger. It distinguishes between the employee and the policy. A 2-star review with wording like this would be fair: I gave this location 2 stars because the employee who helped me was polite and professional. My frustration isn’t with him—it’s with the unexpected fee and the lack of transparency. I shipped my conference supplies to them as required by the hotel. They confirmed receipt of both packages and promised delivery to my booth. When I arrived, nothing was there. After waiting in line 45 minutes, I was told it would be another 90 minutes- and still nothing. Came back later that night, still nothing. The next morning, they claimed my boxes never arrived… until I pointed out one of them sitting in the corner!
