Unprofessional and impolite. Badly managed.
I shipped my conference supplies to them as required by the hotel. They confirmed receipt of both packages and promised delivery to my booth. When I arrived, nothing was there. After waiting in line 45 minutes, I was told it would be another 90 minutes- and still nothing. Came back later that night, still nothing. The next morning, they claimed my boxes never arrived… until I pointed out one of them sitting in the corner! Both shipment and printing process went well with their team onsite - they were extremely helpful getting a last-minute amazon order to me for our event, as well as helping my team with return shipments that were extremely heavy. They have know how and understand how to support their customers, which is a rare combination.
