The folks here work really hard and are great to work with. Needed some stuff this week during a show and they took care of it for me. So convenient.
They got my print order done quickly amidst a busy convention. They even cut some of my prints for me free of charge, which was really nice and saved me some time. Sure the prices are higher, but you're paying for the convenience.
I'd give it a zero but that's not possible. I had 5 boxes to ship on a Saturday with 3 that needed to arrive by Thursday for a trade show. I told them how important it was and they assured me they would ship it to arrive. 2 boxes were picked up yesterday - the 2 unimportant ones - and the other 3 remained at the store for another day. Change fee for prepaid packages cuz they are in hotel
My husband and I stayed at the Gaylord National Harbor the night of my wedding. We needed to ship our wedding gifts to Louisiana so we choose the Fedex at the hotel. LeMiya assisted us and she was the absolute best. When we received our packages a few days later, we saw that LeMiya meticulously individually wrapped the glasses and breakables with such care. Again, she was so professional and made the shipping process less burdensome. Thank you LeMiya and thank you Fedex!
