I've been using this location exclusively to ship for my business for almost 5 years now. Christine, Lauren and Anna have always been the most kind and understanding people I've ever worked with. I've literally shipped hundreds of packages of all sizes and have never had an issue in this store. Very friendly, very courteous and always willing to help. Treat them with kindness and respect and you will receive the same from them!
I don’t know who they have working in the store now, but it’s definitely not Dale who is great. I went in on Saturday, 2/1, around 2 PM to ship some artwork. I had all the shipping details written down—both shipper and recipient—as I always do. Normally, if they entered my phone number, my information would pop up. But instead, they told me an ID was required so they could scan my information. There was no one in line, so why couldn’t they just type it in? That was pure laziness. got the best customer service from Anna when i had an emergency print job for bookmarks. grateful to know i can depend on this fedex in my neighborhood walmart!
I had a computer shipped from my company to start my first day of work and for some reason the driver decided to take my package and put it back on his truck so when I came to pick it up it wasn’t there. Every time I came to check to see if my package was there it still wasn’t and they kept saying “I will call you and update you”. Did I get a call no.
