I've been using this location exclusively to ship for my business for almost 5 years now. Christine, Lauren and Anna have always been the most kind and understanding people I've ever worked with. I've literally shipped hundreds of packages of all sizes and have never had an issue in this store. Very friendly, very courteous and always willing to help. Treat them with kindness and respect and you will receive the same from them!
I don’t know who they have working in the store now, but it’s definitely not Dale who is great. I went in on Saturday, 2/1, around 2 PM to ship some artwork. I had all the shipping details written down—both shipper and recipient—as I always do. Normally, if they entered my phone number, my information would pop up. But instead, they told me an ID was required so they could scan my information. There was no one in line, so why couldn’t they just type it in? That was pure laziness.
