Super pleasant and patient!
This location doesn’t deserve any stars. I dropped off my package Thursday afternoon with priority overnight shipping. That does nothing apparently and you waste your money. The package was set to be delivered Monday. I called and asked why since I paid to overnight it, but “I missed the delivery truck Thursday”. Okay no problem why didn't the package get shipped out the next morning? I was told because I didn’t ask to have it delivered by Saturday. I needed something very large printed today that I wasn’t even sure was possible, so I called this store not knowing where to begin and the staff, specifically Patty who answered the phone, were wonderful to me. I expected it to take all day and it took maybe an hour. Helpful, quick, and when I went to pick it up everyone working was equally as friendly and great. Thank you ladies! I’ll be back because of you!
