Edit: I’m not sure why people are posting a 1 star for not knowing the address or for the store being busy and not conversing with you, but everyone here gets the job done, gets it done well, and lets you get on your way. When they are busy, they can’t sit there for 5 mins to ask about your day. They are trying to get your package to where it needs to go fast, so just work with them and take a chill pill. Not a FedEx location. I called them and the nice gentlemen on the phone advised me to put in the address as: 3300 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Grapevine, TX (Without suite 106). It’s next to Mattress Firm. Hope this helps.
