I recently had a frustrating experience at this FedEx location. I came in with my own prepaid shipping label and envelope, and I just needed a simple pouch to hold the label. The lady who helped me told me I’d have to pay an extra dollar for it, even though I already had everything else. I wasn’t happy about paying that extra fee, especially because I had a prepaid label with me. I stopped in to ask questions as I needed to send some things home, I travel for work. I asked about box sizes, weight, etc. For each question I received a full explanation. Then he showed me a box he thought might be suitable. I measured it, I brought a tape measure, but he said I could have it to take to my hotel and try it to see it my stuff would fit. No charge. We'll, BEST service I have had in a very long time. Big thanks!
