So, this is NOT a review of this specific location, but a review of Federal Express, in general. It is amazing to me that 20 years ago FedEx was regularly held up as an example of business excellence. Since then their level of efficiency has plummeted. Their deliveries are slow, even when "on time" but usually they are late. Often the package is damaged.
