9:40am Wednesday, still closed! Fall a sleep or what? Drive up here for dropping package and still closed! Waste my time
Horrible service. The guy working there was not even kind to greet us and when we ask a question he was like I am on the phone… I understand you can be overwhelmed but at least try do your best

Forgot my metallic water bottle at the store right before they closed. Went back the same day (fedex was now closed but you could see through the chains) and saw my water bottle on the counter. Came back the next day to retrieve my bottle and the same lady that attended to me yesterday said she didn’t see anything. She’s obviously lying and must have trashed the metallic bottle. Liar, bad customer service, failure to lookout for their customers. Never going there again.
I had to pick up package before going to vacation. I was there at 6 o’clock (they close at 6) for a pick up and the employee was very nice. She helped me just before closing and I got my package before my vacation and that was very helpful. She was very nice. Thanks you Mam.
