Didn’t have good experience in this fedex location.
There was a white American lady being assisted before me, and the FedEx employee was very welcoming and energetic while talking to her. However, when it was my turn, his mood suddenly changed to a serious one. This happens every time I visit this branch. I find it discriminatory, and I believe he treats me differently simply because I am Asian. It seems to have become a habit of his.
Ms Monique helped me and she was exceptional. Went above to help me get my garment delivered for a very important debut !!
9:40am Wednesday, still closed! Fall a sleep or what? Drive up here for dropping package and still closed! Waste my time
