I usually go to Office Depot just to make copies. When I can’t used the copy machine any employee takes their time to help me. They will print out my copies from their station and only charge me for the copies not for the service . So I went to Fed-Ex office on this Thursday I couldn’t understand how to make copies with their machines so I ask a employee just to show me how to use the machines she said I’ll help you . Better service at the FedEx at Walgreens. The rude girl tried to take advantage making me pay $12 for shipping when I got it free at a different location. Don’t come to this location unless you want to get ripped off.
This location is closest to me and I will gladly go out of my way to never visit this location again. How unfortunate that when I asked for assistance with printing on the back of a document, this short haired lady employee went from happily chit chatting with her coworker to giving attitude and overall seemed annoyed that I even asked for assistance.
If possible I would give this place ZERO stars. One why is the manager i believe his name was Esteban so rude ? Two why are the employees THROWING packages ??? Literally walked out and went to another shipping company after that.
If i can rate 0 i would. I have a business account with Fedex. I only went to this location because I needed a quick folder and create a shipping label. When i got there the girl in front asked me where I wanted to ship to. Gave her the address and she said “we don’t fedex to P.O boxes” i told her i mailed with my account through fedex to this P.O box often almost everyday i just forgot to build the label and needed help.
