I sent a package to a family member and they REFUSED it yet someone in that building signed for it anyway. This is dishonest and illegal behavior (someone is signing for other people’s deliveries). Do not send valuable or time-sensitive packages here.

really bad service.. unpleasant employes. they dont receive any box, that has not fedex wrap or boxes. try to sell them. an refuse them.
