I had a terrible experience at this location due to the staff’s unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service. This was my first visit at 6:30 PM to drop off a package, with no one else in line. There were two registers open, but one worker was too busy chatting with a coworker, and the other, Mariela, just stared blankly at her screen, completely ignoring me standing right in front of her. Attitude much lol. I was directed to the self service box to drop off, I was struggling, instead of explaining, they started giving me attitude for not knowing how to use the machine lol
Horrible customer service! Why even have employees when they direct you to the kios and expect you to just self serve yourself! They seemed bothered!
