Dropped off a pre-paid package on a Thursday evening. It did not see a truck till Tuesday. What should have been 3-4 day ground took 9 days.
I came here trying to get assistance with an international gift shipment but was treated extremely poorly. They told me a bunch of terms or codes I needed for an international shipment and I had no idea what any of it meant, they did not want to explain or elaborate at all and throughout the whole process they were just extremely rude.
