I came here trying to get assistance with an international gift shipment but was treated extremely poorly. They told me a bunch of terms or codes I needed for an international shipment and I had no idea what any of it meant, they did not want to explain or elaborate at all and throughout the whole process they were just extremely rude. Probably the worst FedEx shop in San Gabriel Valley The reason I give them one star is I can give them zero!
Nely and Christian were supper supportive, they million dollars staffs. I was a very satisfied and happy customer. They deserved more than 5 stars. FedEx sample employees.
I always ship here and they're very helpful!
Because FedEx has caused me a lot of trouble in the past, I try to avoid using their services unless the shipping cost is significantly lower than UPS. This time was one of those exceptions. Like many other FedEx locations, this one seemed to have plenty of staff (at least three people), but they all appeared indifferent and unmotivated.
