Dropped off a pre-paid package on a Thursday evening. It did not see a truck till Tuesday. What should have been 3-4 day ground took 9 days.
I came here trying to get assistance with an international gift shipment but was treated extremely poorly. They told me a bunch of terms or codes I needed for an international shipment and I had no idea what any of it meant, they did not want to explain or elaborate at all and throughout the whole process they were just extremely rude. Nely and Christian were supper supportive, they million dollars staffs. I was a very satisfied and happy customer. They deserved more than 5 stars. FedEx sample employees.
