The manager by the name of Dan was impatient and not at all helpful. Not only this: he was rude and provided terrible customer service. I got no where with my attempt to ship my package.
I believe the manager’s name is Dan. His behavior toward a female employee was completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. He was verbally harassing her without justification. The employee was simply performing her job to the best of her ability. Dan lacks respect, empathy and basic human decency. He created a negative environment and no employee should be subjected to harassment or humiliation in the workplace. Horrible customer service. Rep helped me very little, not mad about them not being able to help, more disappointed how she showed a terrible attitude, when I just came in to ask for help on a shipment.
Great customer service! They are always helpful!
I went here to pick up my package, instead of being patient and polite, the rep was very disrespectful in his service.
