I had never returned anything to amazon and the guy working at the front today was great. Didn't make me feel stupid and was so helpful. Truly refreshing to have great customer service! Thank you guys!

I find everyone here pretty rude and they all avoid eye contact when I need help? It’s not the first time this has happened not sure what is up with this place
The manager by the name of Dan was impatient and not at all helpful. Not only this: he was rude and provided terrible customer service. I got no where with my attempt to ship my package.
