This is the FedEx store to go to in Sugar Land for sure. Very convenient on the 59 feeder. I frequently have packages held here instead of waiting at my front door. It’s a great free service. Today though I took in a difficult item to have copied and laminated. She did a fantastic job and was friendly and funny which I so appreciate. She clearly enjoys her work there. I’ve been going there for over 10 years and they’ve always done exactly what I needed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I HAVE to say that Michael, a "Lead Consultant" is AWESOME!!! He was SUPER patient, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and went ABOVE & BEYOND, by "taking ownership" of my problem and making it HIS problem! Yesterday, I called and Mr. . Anthony responded very respectfully on the phone. When I walked in later to get a copy, Mr. Michael helped me. He was not just helpful and respectful but also very courteous. He not only did the copy but also trimmed the edges and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I recommend this location for all of your printing and mailing needs.Thanks so much Mr. Michael.👍
Excellent service! I went to laminate a document, since I walked in, different personnel greeted me and offered help. When I was in line to pay, Ms. Chandra offered me to help me at a different register; after several minutes of unsuccessfully trying to login to the computer, she kindly told me that she wouldn’t charge me for the lamination, because it took too long. She was polite and courteous. I appreciate your service!
