FedEx Customer Service: Rude, Rushed, and Absolutely Useless I called FedEx hoping to get some quick info about printing and laminating. They picked up right away, and for a second I thought, Wow, maybe this won’t be a nightmare. I was wrong. From the second the employee answered, they made it very clear I was an inconvenience. No greeting, no “how can I help you”—just attitude. Each and every time I received the same beautiful welcome as you walk through the door, the same beautiful smiles as you're walking to the counter and the same polite customer service!
