The staff were great but the printing quality was horrible. I think they are using a sister company which did the horible job. The banner was 4x8 and the image was to fit most of the banner. It turns out that they print the image on 4x4 and left the rest of the banner blank.
FedEx is a terrible company. I rarely deal with shipping things myself anymore, I just buy online. But, I absolutely had to get an item overnighted coast to coast and the person at this FedEx said they could do it. I paid extra for priority overnight to make sure. The package never left CA, and when I called, their automated system will not let you talk to a human. It just gives me the same information I can already see for myself. I was ripped off by this place and from what I read online, I am not the first. I needed to send a lightweight sweater, less than one pound, to Italy. I looked online at the FedEx website and saw a variety of prices, but when I got to this store there was only one price: $148 was the cheapest option they informed me. No other choice. The store is a rip-off and FedEx should step in. WHY WOULD ANYONE USE FEDEX OFFICE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AT A RATE OF $150 PER POUND?
