I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about, but when I went to the store to ship something out, Nora was PHENOMENAL. She was multitasking while keeping her cool! She was by herself and I was impressed with her professionalism considering she was being pulled in every direction. Despite all of that, she STILL helped me out with a great attitude.

Very rude lady who opens up the store. She rushes you, talks to you condescending and is not pleasant with her tone. She tries to have a tone of a corporate professionalism, yet it’s fake and she comes off rude. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I went to this Fed Ex in Garland on today(Thursday Dec19, 2024 @ 9 a.m.). The lady who was working there wore glasses and I am unsure if she was Caucasian or Hispanic. All I know, is that she wasn't very welcoming and she told me I couldn't have my Walmart basket in there. Then she went on to say...I would have to pay for everything in my basket, but if I wanted to come back later I could. I am African American. So I understand her pre-judgment of me.
