I needed to print out my documents so I came to this FedEx branch in Walmart. I am a new comer to United States and it was my first experience to printing something. There was a printer device which was working through a tablet and requires you pay in advance to let you print! It changed me about 75$ to print 6 documents ( about 40 pages). Also as a new comer i had no idea how to send my files to printer. As in whole world you can easily connect your phone to printer except in USA apparently!! Missing package: The tracking information shows my package was delivered to this address, which I chose because it was supposed to arrive faster than shipping to my home. However, I arrived about four hours after the delivery scan, and the staff on site informed me they do not have the package. My tracking details also show that someone listed as “CWELLS” signed for it. I’m confused as to how a package can be marked delivered and signed for at a FedEx location, yet the facility is unable to locate it. I will now need to open... read more
Professional, pleasant, good attitude makes all the difference
Very poor customer service. The lady at the front consistently appears occupied with other tasks and makes customers wait unnecessarily. I felt ignored and unwelcome & is not happening first time already. I would not recommend this location.
