Tried dropping off our Spectrum equipment, as we've done the past 4 times with FedEx. This is the only location we found that Absolutely Will Not accept Spectrum returns. The frustration the employee expressed towards the process was palpable.

Woman that works the front desk accused me of printing off of another customers session when his session was already ended. I showed her my receipt as well, showing it was under my card. Terrible customer service. Don’t go here, you’re better off at a different location.

I went with a friend to ship out 12 packages at FedEx, and right from the start, Jen made the experience a good one. She welcomed us with a big smile and carried on a friendly conversation the entire time she worked on our order. It wasn’t rushed—it was personable, and that makes all the difference. Pésimo trabajo de la señora que me atendió hoy miercoles 3 de sep del 2025 a las 2:15pm , pedí ayuda para imprimir unos documentos y ella con mala cara agarro la información para imprimir y me la aventó a la mesa y se fue , estando mi esposo y mi hija presentes nosotros si tenemos educación y aun lo sucedido nunca actúe de la manera que ella lo hizo ya que tenía que enviar otro paquete , he visitado este lugar antes y siempre son amables , cabe recalcar que nunca la avía visto antes y esta persona me dejo una mala impresión

I would not use this for shipping due numerous issues with having packages delivered to the wrong address . FEDEX is so unprofessional.
