Came in at 5:58 right before they closed, manager helped me out and was very nice
I rarely write reviews, but today is the 3rd instance in the past 6 months when I've needed FedEx Office services, and this location is closed during what are supposed to be their business hours. The service at this location is the worst I've ever experienced across my visits. The ONLY reason I'm back here today is because it's the closest in distance, and I need to take care of something in a short time frame. NEVER AGAIN. If I ever require a FedEx Office, I'll drive the extra 10 miles out of my way just to avoid this place... read more

I dont normally leave reviews, but I have to here at my last visit. The girl that is working at this location is the absolute worst. She has a terrible attitude everytime I go to ship. She does not say hi, can I help you, bye, have a nice day or anything for that matter. She throws you box on the scale and expects you do know what you need to do after that. I am not one to want someone to lose a job, but she does not belong in this position dealing with people. I feel like I'm bothering her when I come in to ship. I hate goi... read more
The girl who is working here is very rude and didn't finish helping me before she took the next customer and was to worried about braiding her hair. If you don't like your job then find another one that doesn't deal with customer service.
