Efficient
This is my FedEx of choice. Eshaun is very helpful and professional while being extremely personable. If he has to pack the shipment, he is very careful and concise. I’ve never had a problem at this location. I will continue to do any shipping I may need at this location.
I always received excellent service at this FedEx location! Lauren does a great job of securely packaging my fragile items. This is the only location that I will package and ship my items from because I know they will be protected during shipping. Thanks Lauren & Eshawn for your professional, friendly and consistent service!!!!
UPDATE - Eshaun and Lauryn have truly restored the customer service in this place! I got here very often now that they’re in charge. The store manager (white dude with glasses) has a terrible attitude! This isn't the first visit of mine and every time I interact with him it seems like his attitude gets worse. I'll take my business elsewhere!
They deserve zero. I had a pre-printed label for two returns. The instructions for return were that I should show the email and the free apparel polybags would be provided but the young lady stated that she didn't know about that and she didn't have a bunch of polybags to give away. Fedex and the business obviously negotiated this arrangment, but the fedex rep didn't honor it. She wanted me to pay for packaging which was not the instructions of our free return of the business.
