They delivered a very important package to my wrong address and I can't see my package from the tracking number. If you can't do something so simple, I think you should close this company. People are being victimized and I went to 3 FedEx offices and they don't even know where my package is.

Box is practically ripped in half. How can someone deliver a damaged box with good conscience?
Well I couldn’t ship anything because they had a sign in the door saying be back in 30 min with no specific return time and the place was locked up. One guy had been waiting around before me. I waited around at least 15-20 min and no one showed. How odd.
