As I entered FedEx, I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. The young man was very helpful, explaining what would need to be done, and actually taking care of the process for me. Thank you and kudos to your staff
Went tonight and was helped for lack of a better word by Sara. She was very rude and condescending and I could tell she was trying to rush me out. They had another hour before closing. I was also overcharged for a fax and she could not tell me why, just said the fax machine is glitchy. 😳

Staff helped me find my att account number to return my old equipment so I didn't need to make another trip. Staff was friendly and polite.
