was at office 6.59 with a prepaid package ready for drop-off. As I approached, the representative closed the door in front of me and refused to accept the package, even though it had a valid prepaid shipping label. This caused inconvenience and prevented me from completing my shipment.
All these packages were dumped on my driveway.
Pick a delivery company that reads which address they are supposed to deliver to! We woke up to these packages we did not order blocking us in our driveway, these delivered to the wrong address. FedEx delivery drivers didn’t read the packages before unprofessionally dumping them all over the entire driveway, blocking us in. Called customer service they said they are checking it but we have not received any information and we cannot leave our house in the meantime.
As I entered FedEx, I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. The young man was very helpful, explaining what would need to be done, and actually taking care of the process for me. Thank you and kudos to your staff
