Friendly, patient, attentive service from both workers at the counter. Night and day difference to FedEx stores in Chicago I've been to. Happy I came here. Sent my important express package and got help packing.

Went in to drop off I asked the worker there if there was someone to take care of me to drop off since he seen me and walked away. Once he came back he told I can use kiosk after standing there for minutes! I asked him why couldn’t he tell me to use it and said there are sign up. I was not paying attention to signs and his response was unprofessional! While talking to him the customer approached me saying it wasn’t a big deal and arguing with me while the worker allowed it!
