Went in to drop off I asked the worker there if there was someone to take care of me to drop off since he seen me and walked away. Once he came back he told I can use kiosk after standing there for minutes! I asked him why couldn’t he tell me to use it and said there are sign up. I was not paying attention to signs and his response was unprofessional! While talking to him the customer approached me saying it wasn’t a big deal and arguing with me while the worker allowed it! Lady in the front is very rude and doesn’t know anything about her job I ask her questions and responds with I won’t know until you do it…. Do not come here
I come here at least 4 times a week and at times they can be busier than others. They are professional and always nice and this is my favorite location. We are all human. Some of their smiles make my day💯
