I have been to several FedEx Kinkos locations throughout the Charlotte area. As a small business owner we use their printing and shipping services on a regular basis. This location has nailed customer service. Each time I have called or visited this location the employees go above and beyond to take care of our needs. The two employees who have provided stellar customer service is Tish and Chondra.
