Alfonso has great customer service skills. As soon as I walked in, he was in the back I asked for help. He was more than willing to assist me and went well and beyond his job duties and responsibilities. This is something that we are lacking in this day and age and I think he is great at his job and he is great with customers. Ask for him when you go into FedEx if you need any assistance.
Just had the best service! Thank you to Alfonso who helped us at the print and go kiosk! I was confident I knew how to use it but I began printing from the wrong tray with the wrong paper. Alfonso quickly helped resolve things to get us the print and paper we wanted. Much appreciation!!! Our flyers came out wonderful🙌
