Package was left a mile from my house on the side of the road
Rachael was super amazing and helped me with my work equipment that I needed to return. She was very sweet and helpful and I wanted to bring some recognition to that. Nice people are hard to come by now.
I recently tried to return a lawnmower, and the experience was extremely frustrating. The first time I brought it in, a worker named Rachel said it smelled like gas and wouldn’t ship it. She told me that if I cleaned it out completely and removed the smell, they would accept the return. I went home, thoroughly cleaned the entire machine(inside and out) and came back.
