I went on 09/05/2025 at 6:4Opm to print a document sign and scan back to myself. The document worker with the retrieval code at 1st but once I tried to scan another document at 6:55pm FedEx email response kept saying unable to retrieve your documents. No one offered any assistance as I was the last customer in the building. Ultimately I left at 6:59pm without getting my documents signed and scanned to myself, as the store does close at 7pm.
Alyssa was so helpful in printing some of the signage for my wedding. She got creative and found a solution for me that I loved. Great customer service
I love this store. I have used this Fed Ex before and it’s always great. Today I walked in with my items, was immediately greeted and motioned to the second counter. The clerk immediately presented me with the envelope to put my stuff in, asked if I had a label, was very kind about helping me open the clear pouch for the label, and gave the the proof of shipping label before I had the label in the pouch. She was fast, nice, and made the experience pleasant. Thank you FedEx Office in Conyers!
Paula, the assistant manager needs to wear a smile….. it goes a far way. It says, “we appreciate you as a customer”. She comes across as rude in how she deals with customers. The service industry is one the requires employees with a pleasant personality! Customers need to feel appreciated and valued!!!
