Malik was so helpful during the call I had made. I dropped off a package on the weekend and didn’t think to pick up a receipt to track it. I did have the app and there was no progress made. I was scared the package got lost but he reassured me that the FedEx driver just picked up the packages since they don’t have pick ups on weekends. Thank you so much for your kind soul and patience.
It stayed in the same place for 3 days and did not come to my house. I cannot track it with the tracking number either. FedEx is really bad.
Employees are always helpful at this location. Great print center.
First I’m trying to put no stars cause the delivery driver throw my box in from my garage not in front door and he busted the box
I went into this store to ship some packages at 9:30am on a Saturday morning. There was only one employee working and she was clearly not happy about it. Needless to say I left and went to UPS.
