Alex has a horrible attitude at this location and lacks any customer service. Very rude! I see others experienced this with him as well. Maybe FedEx needs to address it with him.
I feel the need to share how great of an experience I had with this store. I made an order on Canva that was printed at this location. The first print came out a little awkward and my border was cut off on our Christmas card, just due to how their printer operates. Khalilah went above and beyond to correct the issue, manually adjusting things on her end for the printer to get it exactly how I needed.. Just went in this place to get a document notarized. The dumbass behind the counter says “we don’t notarize here but you can go to UPS”! Ok leadership at FedEx might not want that to get out!!
Fed ex Kinkos in Germantown store 1641 Kalilah is a wonderful employee and always a pleasure to deal with. I go into this location 1-2 times a week and she’s amazing at her job! I have had several interactions with another employee named ALEX at the Germantown location and he has terrible customer service skills, he also lacks knowledge and common sense.
