Staff member was very helpful! I wish I remembered his name
I am a notary and had to get a package that I had shipped stopped for corrections that I had to make. The employee there was very helpful and kind in a stressful situation. Very much appreciated. Thanks FedEx.
Good experience. Quickly in and out
Conrad went above & beyond to help me send a care package to my children. Would definitely recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t know the gentleman’s name who helped me today, but I really hope he sees this review. I needed help receiving a fax, and he went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely kind, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. It’s not every day you come across someone who provides this level of customer service. He made the whole process easy and was very, very nice throughout the entire interaction. Thank you again for your help today. FedEx is lucky to have you!
