Absolutely excellent service. Helpful and fast.
Very disappointing experience with FedEx. I paid over $100 for an international priority shipment guaranteed to arrive on September 4, but it was delivered on September 9, five days late. The address provided was correct and unique, yet they claimed it did not exist. They also ignored my instructions not to contact the recipient and still called, causing personal issues. I paid for a premium service expecting reliability and punctuality, but the handling was poor in every way.

Excellent and efficient service
I just had an excellent experience at this FedEx location. I needed to send 2 packages back to Walmart third party vendors, and Matt quickly found the appropriate boxes for my items, packed them better than I could ever do myself, and all these with a smile and great attitude! Many thanks, your work is appreciated!
