This location is fantastic. All the employees that helped me were kind and capable. I had a large, stressful (to me) project I needed printed and bound and Josh went above and beyond to get it done exactly how I needed it on the first try. Thank you guys!
Today February 5, 2026 I went to this store fedex in framingham to get some information about shipping to el salvador central America and this white short guy whit glasses on didn't help me just told me that they not allowed to ship anything to el salvador or not allowed which it was weird to me cuz I just recently visited el salvador and saw fedex trucks over there delivering, I think this guy didn't want to help me and when he was talking to me he looked at me from head to toes with discrimination look , also I called cust... read more
by far the rudest employees I have ever dealt with at a customer facing business. No hello, No can I help you, no words at all. I handed them my package. they handed me the receipt. But I did let them know their lack of customer service! go to another location. this one blows
