Terrible, doesn’t want to do they’re job properly
Was doing a cross country move and needed to ship quite a few boxes and a 65’’ TV. Rob was very helpful with the entire process, including making sure my tv was packed efficiently. Good experience here

I needed a couple of high priority express packages sent out. Steve, who was the representative handling my order, was very helpful. I even made a mistake slowing the process of completing the packages, but Steve was patient. While waiting for my items to be resolved, he even helped out another older couple who were having significant difficulty with the printer. He was very patient with them as well. It's hard to find folks that interact so well with customers expediently, and Steve does a great job with this.
