I visited FedEx to ship a graduation gift to my nephew, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Amanda. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I asked if I could pack the box myself and had even brought my own tape. but she finish the packaging and taped the box for me using her own tape.
