First of all, I usually give a 5-star rating in Google Maps unless there’s a significant issue. However, I’m compelled to give this FedEx store a 1-star rating due to a serious problem. Their printer had an error, as evidenced by the photos. While that’s understandable, what’s unacceptable is their refusal to offer a refund for their mistake. Whoever the two front women are that were today are amazing, always great and easy service with them(not that anyone else is worse, I’ve just only dealt with one of them the few times I’ve gone to do shipments)

The staff was so friendly they printed a last minute sign for my cousin baby shower. Emailed the file and I was able to pick it up the same day. Quality was on point and service was fast and most important reliable. Thank you Amanda and team
