We visited here. One of the employees, Tish, she was extremely helpful and professional. Ask for her.
The store manager couldn’t be more rude! I was standing there for 15 minutes while they were working on other stuff. Everyone on the line eventually kept leaving their packages, I needed their packing service so I couldn’t do that. Finally one guy asked the store manager to help me but he wasn’t happy to help.. every single experience I’ve had with FedEx has been nasty. I hate it every time I have to return something with FedEx.
