The team at this FedEx location does an excellent job handling everything from custom shipping to print services and everything in between. They’re consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to make sure every request is handled correctly. You can tell they truly care about making sure you leave satisfied and that nothing is missed. Highly recommend this location for reliable, stress-free service.

I had a great experience with Dalton at FedEx! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. He took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Dalton, for making my visit such a pleasant one!

Leaving this review for service from fedex delivery company. I recently had a package delivery I missed. Fedex went above and beyond to get the package to me after our location was reported as closed to get the package to me the following day. They followed up with me the following day to make sure we had great service on that delivery and ensured the package reached us. The customer service for that follow up call was American. I was very grateful for the follow-up. Fedex as a company is a lot more accountable than UPS.
