Saved me $45 by putting my small box in a large envelope
I went to FedEx Office and simply asked if they could break a $5 bill. The employee refused and said they could only do it if I bought something for at least $1. I find this policy ridiculous and disappointing — it would’ve cost them nothing to provide change and help a customer out. What makes it worse is that I went next door to Starbucks, and they broke the bill for me without any issue and with a smile.
