Extremely happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff at this location. I come in with some wacky projects, and they always come through for me with a smile. They do the boring stuff well, too! They've always been up-front about any potential wait or extra costs and helped me work for the best solution like we are a team. Very appreciative.

Being a graphic designer, I’ve gone to more Kinkos in my life than I can count. This experience felt very shady. I dropped off a brochure at this location early in the morning and clearly stated I was hoping to pick it up the next morning. The employee said “okay,” and gave no mention of any rush fees. Later that same day, I happened to call to check on the status and was told the job was done—but if I picked it up that day, there would be a $17 rush fee. I had forgotten to print out a match card for the team today. The manager was super helpful printed it for me and said consider it a contribution to the team. He didn’t have to do that and was super nice about it. If you need anything printed or shipped pay it forward as they have!
