Holly was very short, impatient and not very friendly. I felt very rushed and she did not smile once. A very poor representative of FedEx. The package did get mailed is all that I can say.
I had a return with a prepaid label on my phone that I needed to have printed out. When I arrived, someone was quick to let me know the store email I needed to send my label to. The store manager was kind enough to let me know that the shipping label is printed as a courtesy, but any other pages after that would be charged. Nowadays nothing is free, so I completely understood! My box was not taped either, so the young lady was nice enough to provide a courtesy strip of tape as well! From the moment I walked in the store today Holly the store manager seemed to be annoyed. I presented her with the company I work for FedEx account number. I explained to her that we had ordered more supplies, but I needed some envelopes to get me through until my order arrived. She then informed me that her store didn’t have a large supply and in could only have three. Been to this location a couple times and eww yuck this time was the worse. Did a return and A Caucasian heavyset lady no hello. No smile no can i help you but chastising me on the box the item was packaged in and it was the box i recieved and how it was packaged. She expressed her feelings severely on how i retaped the item for return. Well i can retape it if you would like but she had an attitude. I left feeling a certain way but had to express on here.
