Holly is very rude. Never smiles. Acts like it is such an inconvenience to answer a question or help in general. Everyone has a bad day, but this is every time I come in. The UPS store that is near there is so different. They greet you when you come in and have smiles on their faces.
Terrible customer service. Won’t take a return with the label provided. As you can see by the other reviews, always ship UPS when you can. Does make any sense.
FedEx is trash. They seem to have dethroned USPS as the worst shipping option available. Package says out for delivery, then no delivery. Ask for hold at location, then not at location. Ask why it keeps bouncing around, "the system doesn't tell me anything". What a joke.
I went to this location twice on 7/8/25. First time purchasing a shipping box. The second time to ship said shipping box. On both occasions, the Caucasian female who helped me never smiled and actually looked like she did not want to be there. When I had a question about the proper placement of the shipping label on this unusually sized box, she grabbed the lable and said "anywhere on the box" with a stern tone as if she was correcting me.
