Store manager has really bad attitude.
I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt I had to speak up about what I saw today. The Caucasian lady working at this location, her name is Holly, and she was extremely rude and racist toward a young man who came in simply to pick up his package. She had a very condescending attitude the whole time. This man was very polite, showed his ID, proved it was his package, after Holly denied it was his package. Holly was very short, impatient and not very friendly. I felt very rushed and she did not smile once. A very poor representative of FedEx. The package did get mailed is all that I can say.
I had a return with a prepaid label on my phone that I needed to have printed out. When I arrived, someone was quick to let me know the store email I needed to send my label to. The store manager was kind enough to let me know that the shipping label is printed as a courtesy, but any other pages after that would be charged. Nowadays nothing is free, so I completely understood! My box was not taped either, so the young lady was nice enough to provide a courtesy strip of tape as well! From the moment I walked in the store today Holly the store manager seemed to be annoyed. I presented her with the company I work for FedEx account number. I explained to her that we had ordered more supplies, but I needed some envelopes to get me through until my order arrived. She then informed me that her store didn’t have a large supply and in could only have three.
