I haven't used this location but started to however based on the reviews. I will not. Just posting this comment to help others out because someone said there's isnt another location. There's a Fedex shipping office inside of Walmart in Midlothian near Hancock Drive or Road that's the one I use.
I thought I was the only person having problems with Holly. I called fedex and asked them why she still there after people repeatedly complains about her. Her customer service and attitude sucks. It's said because the workers are awesome and have great customers service. Their attitude are top notch. I had a package being shipped to new york and it was somebody credit cards. Well they take the dash out the address. I asked her could she put the correct address off to the side. She told me no and I asked her could I correct i... read more
