I went to this location twice on 7/8/25. First time purchasing a shipping box. The second time to ship said shipping box. On both occasions, the Caucasian female who helped me never smiled and actually looked like she did not want to be there. When I had a question about the proper placement of the shipping label on this unusually sized box, she grabbed the lable and said "anywhere on the box" with a stern tone as if she was correcting me. Went there on May 27, 2025, the Caucasian women, she may be the manager, comes across loud and somewhat passive/aggressive. The 2 times I have encountered her she has been on the aggressive side. I swear, she seems to get a pleasure out of being contrary to whatever I asked. Fedex envelope I dropped off and paid for, (I usually send loan documents) I asked if she would place a piece of tape on the opening to reinforce it during handling. Came in to try to print some documents. The lady with the tattoos was a little overweight had an attitude trying to tell me I couldn’t get a friend because it protected you well it wasn’t a protect view and even if it was, I should’ve had to enable it. The fact that I had to redo it three times shows the training that she has and the fact that after I showed her, she charged me an extra charge shows we all have back here.
