I came into this store with a few things to work on, so I was there for a long time. John was helpful with any questions I had. Even though he was the only one working, he took care of everyone that came in and apologized for any delays. I have seen many people get overwhelmed and frustrated under such circumstances. However, John was patient and friendly to everyone. Such a nice way to start a hectic Monday morning!
Elite team. Able to assist on extremely short notice, although don't make it common practice as that is rude.
I’m standing waiting to be helped, no one greeted me and a guy walks in and a woman named Karen helps him right away and says she didn’t see me waiting when she clearly did.. I had to stop her from letting me be skipped and ask for help. I felt that was rude and I felt disrespected.
There is no way I can explain how AMAZING Karen is at this location! I forgot (at 6:45p) about a trade show I had to attend the next morning and I was completely out of business cards! Sent the file in and then called th stre to asked if there was any way to get those ASAP in the morning. Karen answered the call, was extremely polite and professional and then stayed late (they close at 7pm), called me to tell me the file I sent was wrong.
