I’d like to sincerely thank Mary and Nathan at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center for such a positive experience. Mary was training Nathan and showed exceptional patience, kindness, and attention to detail, making sure everything was explained clearly. Nathan was equally kind and attentive, and together they truly went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their professionalism, teamwork, and dedication made my visit a great one. FedEx is fortunate to have them both!

This afternoon I accompanied my son to get a passport photo for his renewal of his passport. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service we received from an employee, Axel Howland. He took a wonderful photo as well as being personable and impressed us with his professional expertise. Any other photos for our family we will request this young man. He is an asset to your company.
