Local staff is friendly & helpful, but corporate policy sucks. If you walk in and ask to have something printed (25 copies each of 2 different 1-page documents), they ask if you would like that the same day. Duh, it's 50 pages. How long could that that, right? Uh, no. They're asking because if you say yes, they charge you an ADDITIONAL $17.50 for expedited printing. Needless to say, I waited until the next day to pick it up. Walked in with no greeting, waited for the people in front of me to be helped. They walked away from the counter and since I was not greeted I assumed that I just walk up to the counter. I walked up and Daniel was finishing taping a package. I said politely “I just have a QR code for there whenever you are ready for me” and he proceeded to look at me and say “Are you going to wait for me to finish or stand there and tell me what to do like I’m your dog”.. Absolutely chuffed at the assistance the leader of the Biddle Rd location - She provided a critical to complete life protecting shipment to us above and beyond expectations. Please give consideration to your shipments for Fed-Ex and the Biddle Rd group hence and you'll be well cared for!!! I certainly was and I'm jaded... Thank you!
