Horrible store service !
I was running around crazy trying to get packages sent on time . The associate calmed me down and took the time to make sure everything was correct and he definitely eased my mind . I think his name was Ulisses ..
my husband and i went in to ship a package 4 days ago and we were greeted by a man with one hand, i think his name was Ulysses. he seemed perfectly nice at first. we had a safety concern with our address being located on the box, and there was a label that had our address that he folded into the inside but i also wanted to edit our address listed on the current label. my husband saw him fold it in and tried to say that he wanted that removed. ulysses kept asking what the address we wanted on the new label was but we wanted t... read more
On person working waited too long. Was told it was 18.00 to ship then at checkout it wa 412.00. Yes four hundred and twelve. Same package same insurance was less than 50 at the post office. Complete waste of time. Send it by pigeon, anything but fed ex. Complete joke of a business.
