I go here instead of staples for copying and printing out labels from Amazon ect for returning packages even for ups, usps ect!
Rude dismissive staff
The other day my irresponsible roommate clogged the toilet. Rather than take responsibility he whined and complained to the rest of us. The FedEx customer service agents I dealt with on the phone today showed the same pitiful lack of responsibility and dedication as he did. They made mistakes that are costing me money, and yet the entire company is totally insulated against reasonable complaints. I understand that is not the fault of this location. I’ve been here several times for several tasks. Always fast, easy and pleasant from everyone working.
I came in to get fliers and magnet signs made, Jackie is awesome she answered all my questions and took the time to go through everything from prices to editing, the whole process was easy and the finished product was even better then I imagined. FedEx is lucky to have her as an employee
