Went to this location to ship and item the young lady quoted me a price of $230.00 I called the receiver to accept the price and he said yes. Went back to complete my transaction and she quoted me a price of $240.00 a ten dollar difference in less than 5 minutes. I asked why the changed in price shw rudely said the system changes prices often. I had a fabric project consisting of 6 separate yards of material which needed to be sent to a recipient in Virginia. Jasmine wrapped the fabric in bubble wrap to keep it dry as well as cushioning on the bottom as well as the top. Her smile and personality made my trip to this FedEx location extremely enjoyable

This is my 2nd time printing on special paper everything I need for my kids retreat at Church in the same store, the retreat schedule, the certificates for achievement for the retreat, John the manager of the store is very helpful and order is always ready on time, and quality is impressive. Kids loved their certificate last time and I am excited to see how they feel about the one I just got from Fedex last week. John is very patient & understanding. I recommend this store to everyone!
