The people are friendly, and the place is very neat, however that is as far as it goes in terms of professionalism; with all due respect, I came in and brought a shipping box with roughly 30 pounds of goods in there and I explained I saw a fixed price online of around $53. Absolutely awful customer service. Fed Ex kept saying that our package was “undeliverable due to security gate” there is no security gate or anything close to one around the perimeter of our house. After a phone call with customer service and 3 days later the package was still not delivered so we called again and opted to have them bring it to this particular location for us to pick it up.
