Based on the location having the minimum amount of people on schedule they do the very best they can. I never have a problem picking up my orders or faxes.
Only one employee, Bryan, was extremely helpful and understanding. Was managing 3 people at one time answering questions, helping another customer, and assisting me with my package. Great experience and very thankful for Bryan.
They will not even attempt a passport photo on kids (6yo) “we only do adults.” This is not clear from their website or any other materials. Thankfully there is a Walgreens right around the corner who did the photos without fuss. Save the headache of driving here and waiting in line only to be turned around away for a silly unadvertised policy.
Very excellent customer service. Bryant made my return so smooth and easy. I was actually stunned at how fast the whole transaction was. Thank you again!!!
