Worst service. I requested 3 times to help me but nobody helped. The man started vacuuming and the other guy went back. I tried to copy but couldn't get full copy and it still charged me 3 times. And no one was ready to help
Fedex tells me that transactions sometimes get lost in the POS system at this location, and that they don't know why. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. Brought, paid for and shipped a package from this location. The package was never scanned after the initial scan. Called Fedex multiple times, cases opened, and they say that it never left this location. The workers refuse to look for it, saying they never lose packages. I order a XLarge Print out poster of myself . What a surprise the picture 🖼️ I wanted to blow up wasn't that clear . But on the poster . What ! It turn out BEAUTIFUL. Thank y'all so much . The amount of money 🤑 I spent was worth it . I'm 100% satisfied.
