Only one employee, Bryan, was extremely helpful and understanding. Was managing 3 people at one time answering questions, helping another customer, and assisting me with my package. Great experience and very thankful for Bryan.
They will not even attempt a passport photo on kids (6yo) “we only do adults.” This is not clear from their website or any other materials. Thankfully there is a Walgreens right around the corner who did the photos without fuss. Save the headache of driving here and waiting in line only to be turned around away for a silly unadvertised policy.

This was one of the most dehumanizing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in needing to print and attach a return label. An employee named Rohan ignored my request multiple times, refused to hand me scissors, and finally tossed them on the counter with no explanation or basic courtesy. His demeanor was cold and disrespectful.
