This was one of the most dehumanizing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in needing to print and attach a return label. An employee named Rohan ignored my request multiple times, refused to hand me scissors, and finally tossed them on the counter with no explanation or basic courtesy. His demeanor was cold and disrespectful. Had to send a return back , Lynnette was so sweet and helpful. Fed ex is lucky to have her representing them.
Worst service. I requested 3 times to help me but nobody helped. The man started vacuuming and the other guy went back. I tried to copy but couldn't get full copy and it still charged me 3 times. And no one was ready to help
Fedex tells me that transactions sometimes get lost in the POS system at this location, and that they don't know why. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. Brought, paid for and shipped a package from this location. The package was never scanned after the initial scan. Called Fedex multiple times, cases opened, and they say that it never left this location. The workers refuse to look for it, saying they never lose packages.
