I’m not sure what is up with the employee’s attitude here. Every time I visit I feel like I get patronized. Service is efficient.
When I tell you I am so annoyed right now. The customer service I just experienced was unacceptable. Judy at this location needs to sit in front of the customer service class. She has 0 customer service skills. She's rude she's unwilling to help. I don't know if she has an issue with certain people or if you just don't like your job, it costs absolutely nothing to be nice. I have made multiple print orders to this location and the customer service is on point! Submit an order online or through email, and they will call you with any questions to make sure your print is exactly to your expectations! Jayson helped me and had great customer service!
