Why is this location always a problem? The machines don’t always work. Most of the people who work there don’t want to do the job or the least amount they can get away with. They just stand around doing nothing. The older woman who is the Manager is unfriendly and most times terse and condescending. Went in to drop off returns and there was no one in the store. Judy was wonderfully helpful
I just had an awful experience at this location. The representative Cullen handled the matter with little care or empathy. He laughed and mocked me as walked out. Not only will I avoid this location I will avoid doing business with FedEx as much as possible. As a small business owner I understand there is processes in place but the way Cullen handled himself was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had in a long time.
Jayson was extremely very helpful with faxing important documents. I appreciate the kind service and Jayson was great.
Fedex stuck a label with my information on another individuals package and thought it was funny when I had to make a trip back to the store to pickup my actual package which also had my information on the label. Apparently it is a joke when they try to deliver the wrong packages to the wrong people
