☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. One of the male staff members had an extremely rude attitude. When he spoke, I couldn't hear him clearly, so I politely asked him to repeat what he said. Instead of repeating himself, he simply stopped talking to me and refused to communicate further. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask someone to repeat themselves if I didn't hear clearly. Very unprofessional experience. Johnny, the manager, asked me to wait while he continued doing paperwork. When a customer is standing at the counter, the customer should be assisted first, or at least acknowledged and informed politely about the wait. There was no greeting, no welcome, and no effort to provide basic customer service. Doesn’t deserve 1 star. Paid for priority overnight shipment and it took 3 days. Guy at the desk is rude. Will never go back.
