Very unprofessional experience. Johnny, the manager, asked me to wait while he continued doing paperwork. When a customer is standing at the counter, the customer should be assisted first, or at least acknowledged and informed politely about the wait. There was no greeting, no welcome, and no effort to provide basic customer service. Doesn’t deserve 1 star. Paid for priority overnight shipment and it took 3 days. Guy at the desk is rude. Will never go back.
May have staffing issues. They are never open. I arrived at the the store on Wednesday at 2:00 and they were closed. Not the first time this happened
Used to be one of the best ship sites in the metro. Now. They seem to take several lunches a day and close whenever they please. Never again.
Awful. Undependable. I recommend finding another FedEx store even if it’s a farther drive.
