1/5 — I WOULD GIVE FEDEX ZERO STARS IF I COULD Absolutely disgraceful. This has been one of the most incompetent, dishonest, and infuriating customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. This package was TIME SENSITIVE. That is the entire reason we specifically paid for PRIORITY OVERNIGHT shipping. We were told it would be delivered on the 5th. Instead of providing the service we paid for, FedEx apparently sent it using 2-Day shipping, and suddenly the package wasn't expected until the 10th. How does a company take pa... read more
Great service! Friendly and professional
Extremely disappointed with this place. It feels like they’re trying to charge a fee at every turn. A “rush” fee at a print shop—especially when there’s no one else in the store—is hard to justify. Paying nearly $500 for a print job and walking away feeling taken advantage of just isn’t right.
