I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a FedEx store. The manager, Bobby, tried to charge me for a bag even though my return instructions clearly state that returns without a box or label must be taken to an official FedEx store and handled at no extra cost. The instructions literally say: “Returns without a box or label must be taken to an official FedEx™ store and not a third party location. Bring the item in its original condition in the original packaging with any included accessories/parts.” N... read more

Fast, friendly service in a clean, orderly store. They even took the time to show me how to use the self-service drop-off station for future reference, in the event of long lines.
3.4 for a reason, I am disabled/handicapped and was treated like absolute crap by I believe it was the manager of the location. He was tall, old, with glasses. They had actually made a mistake the previous day, but instead of accepting the blame and moving on, he started to try to point the finger at me and pick out how I arrived to the location, which is none of his business and tried to have his coworker gang up on me.
