Extremely disappointed with this place. It feels like they’re trying to charge a fee at every turn. A “rush” fee at a print shop—especially when there’s no one else in the store—is hard to justify. Paying nearly $500 for a print job and walking away feeling taken advantage of just isn’t right.

I went to the FedEx office yesterday and I met David the assistant manager and James and the store manager. Nice guys...I hope to see them again.

Rude and incompetent. They could not do a passport photo listed on their website, at first denying that they do passport photos at all before admitting that they do… just not mine. If they had been less rude about it, I would be less upset.

Horrible experience. Understaffed and was not given appropriate pricing information. Completely overcharged for a small package from Burlington to Florida mire than double what it should have cost. Only option given was to repackage with fedex packaging and wait in long line again. Worst experience I have ever had and paid top dollar for overnight which ended up to be a 2-day delivery.

Went to this location to send a document with a return label. Was asked to provide an account number. I logged into the FedEx website and was unable to find the account number. Being inside the store I asked for help to find the account number and the store manager said find it yourself. Extremely rude.
