3.4 for a reason, I am disabled/handicapped and was treated like absolute crap by I believe it was the manager of the location. He was tall, old, with glasses. They had actually made a mistake the previous day, but instead of accepting the blame and moving on, he started to try to point the finger at me and pick out how I arrived to the location, which is none of his business and tried to have his coworker gang up on me. The two employees I see here on weekday afternoons are always very friendly and very helpful. I wish I got this level of service at other FedEx stores. I actually enjoy dropping off boxes here to ship out.
Had a great experience here. David is super nice and very professional on handling shipping.
Bobby and his team recently helped us with a rush order. I communicated mostly with Bobby. He was always nice and professional. Even though they could have easily said no, they agreed to complete the order. Bobby even stayed after work hours and followed up to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much!
