Woman working was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Will not be returning to this location. Customer service is important, do better.

Five Stars is not enough Fran and Eric are AMAZING Their Customer service is EXCELLENT!!!! The Company I work for Nelson Mfg. used this location to ship in and out twenty pieces. From Cedar Rapids, Iowa for a trade show @ The Big "E". The property is very easy to access and close to the airport. Thank you Fran and Eric for making this process so very simple.
I've been there twice and service has been excellent. Above and beyond anything I expected. We'll continue to go here for my printing needs.
