Wanted to thank Jenn at FedEx for going above and beyond. She stayed late to help me finish a last-minute print and cut job for an important event—we were really in a bind, and she absolutely saved the day. I received a package from Square and it had a card reader and tag that said it could contain battery. The lady at FedEx got all hype about returning the item, even though it was delivered by FedEx had a pre-purchased label telling me to bring it to FedEx she was explaining to me that she may not be able to take it, which makes no sense. Why would they even deny a return when it clearly states something that they require? Lady was rude, never had an issue with the location at West County. Avoid FedEx.
