I called to rush a print order and Son was able to make it happen. He called and communicated the order status with me through the entire process and was so kind and helpful. I would 1,000% recommend using this location for your printing needs.
Son at this store went above and beyond to help ensure the order I submitted was perfect and done on time/early. I’m truly grateful for his support and how he assisted with my print order!
Typical business practices these days. Phone is auto attendant in some other location. Order and pay online. Show up stand in line for 20 min before any of the 15 people standing around in the back will acknowledge your existence.. just to pick up something that is already done and laying in plain sight on the counter. So many people and so little customer service. This is what is wrong with businesses these days. Hate coming here.
