I ship and have items packaged at this store often for work ~ 20 times in the last 4 months Mike the manager is awesome. He is professional and pleasant. All the other employees seem to be put out by doing their jobs. After waiting in the “pack plus” line today, without any acknowledgment or assistance from a staff member for over 5 minutes. Honestly just the worst store ever. Employees don’t help. I just needed to print something off my phone and rather than the 4 people there offering to help they just came over to the machine and said don’t worry it was just a hold on your credit card. Well gee thanks! They were NOT doing anything! One girl was playing on her phone, one gentleman was running back and forth acting like he had ants in his pants, one guy was eating and the other was just standing there!!! Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!! We NEED a STAPLES nearby!!!
