I had a fairly simple job: an image that I wanted to make into flyers, with 2 for each page. The image was not the same dimensions as half of a page, and the guy was really confused about this. It seems simple enough: shrink to fit. It took him 20 min to take the order, which seemed excessive. In the morning, a lady called me from there saying my order was ready.
