Pathetic service topped by even pathetic customer service, no regard for the customer at all. Dont use Fedex, its crap.

What a horrific experience. I purposely beought my expensive dj speakers to this location in the boxes they came to have them reshipped together instead of seperate. What a mistake i made. When my package arrived on the other end all of the speakers were upside down and flipped over and destroyed outside of their packages in a big flimsy box. Not only would i stay away from this place but if i could id shut it down. What a disgrace

I always come here to send out return packages and the staff are always very kind and efficient. Today I had to do an international return and it seemed very daunting but Caitlyn (hopefully I spelled that right) walked me through the whole process and was incredibly kind and patient. She even checked to see how I was doing on the paperwork while she was helping other customers. Incredible customer service!!
