Quick with awesome service!
Customer service is unfortunately very poor. I definitely do not recommend this place. It doesn’t feel like a proper FedEx office; instead, it seems like they do everything they can to make sure you never come back and they succeed. Because of this attitude, I can’t even be sure my package is in safe hands. I will never go there again.
Charged me $10 for pack and ship when I didn’t ask them to pack it. Ridiculous.
