I go in with my elderly mother because she needed a document next day mailed and the guy was pretty short with her…. I’m in customer service and this is not the standard. Not everyone is built to be behind the counter.
Impressively fast service despite high traffic. I go to this FedEx before others because they are quick and helpful.
Went in with a prepaid return label, stood in line and when I was called to the counter the older grey haired woman seemed exasperated that I hadn't used the self service and went out of her way to come from behind the counter and berate me while she "taught" (spoke down to me) me how to use it. I never use Fedex and I never will again!
Shelley helped me on 2 separate occasions because the machines wasn’t working properly. She was very patient and kind! Her customer service and kindness was outstanding! Thank you so for all your help xoxo
I needed to ship something and Mike was very helpful and accommodating. I’ve always had a positive experience here.
