I will start off by saying that the customer service at this location is excellent. My 2 star rating is due to the service I paid for not being fulfilled. On 3/18, I paid $144 for a .15 pound package (documents) to be shipped internationally. I was told that it would reach the destination by Thursday. It reached the Country to which it was being shipped on Thursday and still has not been delivered to the sender as of today 3/26. 0 stars. Doing transactions at shipping stores are always an unpleasant experience, and this experience that just occurred to me justifies my reasons. While standing in line the main cashier announces that if anyone has any packages to be shipped we can go to the kiosk, scan for the print label & leave the package on the counter. Although being skeptical about the last step of leaving my parcel unattended, I decided to proceed to the kiosk to see if it could speed up the process. Customer service makes the difference! There’s other FedEx print centers but I always go to this one simply because they know their stuff! I was there recently and needed items for work to be done. Shelley helped me out and was patient with me. She took the time to understand what I needed and helped me out. She even helped me save a few bucks! The print items looked professional and I have Shelley to thank for it. She made the whole experience easy. That’s why I go to this specific FedEx print center!
