I’ve come here for shipping and printing needs 4-5 times and the customer service here is bar none! The staff workers I’ve dealt with—Pasquale, Pat and Tatianna—are compassionate, straightforward and reliable! Parking can be annoying but the service is worthwhile
I couldn't get through to a human so I phoned UPS and they shipped my item. They should have an option to talk to a customer service rep. It was an emergency situation, which UPS handled perfectly. Goodbye FedEx.
