I couldn't get through to a human so I phoned UPS and they shipped my item. They should have an option to talk to a customer service rep. It was an emergency situation, which UPS handled perfectly. Goodbye FedEx.
Very efficient practices abd helpful staff
I get home from work and I see a 4 inch ditch (obviously a tire track) in the grass curbside in front of my house. I noticed my sprinkler system head was pushed down and obvious the underground sprinkler pipes were broken. I went to my cameras and saw a FedEx Truck drive up and go over the curb with the front left tire and then park the truck completely on the street. I was annoyed and called the FedEx 800 number. Worst Professional Manager of a Fedex Office. The man is rude, unprofessional and arrogant to customers. His employees are the nicest people in the world. Too bad, they have WORST PROFESSIONAL MANAGER. Go to another shipping stores to get your packages shipped - UPS, Post Office, DHL, Walgreens or other shipping store
