Very fast, professional service. They figured out all the appropriate services quickly. The line also moved much faster than my experience at other FedEx locations. The Thursday AM shift team is great.
There is an older woman who works there that is extremely rude and just walked away and asked a man to help me. That's terrible service. The man was helpful
Is there a way to give ZERO stars!!! The 2 young lazy guys " working", where so unhelpful. Had a huge heavy package to unload (200lbs), no assistance, then found out after he rang it up he pointed to a tiny sign, no batteries can be shipped there. Heavier guy should of said something! Didn't help look up which office did. And of course no assistance helping with heavy object to put back on car. Corporate will be contacted. Apparently customer service is not key!
Never gonna use this location,maybe it's was not a "good day " but they have one one waiting line for everyone, I was needed pick up my printing order ( I was hoping really quick) and I had to wait over 30 min , before all people ahead of me they will send a huge number of boxes ,it's not super convenient. and yes, only two people served and complained that their shift was already over. So disappointing.
