I've been here countless times and only had one minor issue. Don't let the mediocre reviews stop you from using a convenient location.
Not attentive to customers. Not great customer service what so ever. Four men sat in the back room while one woman was taking care of customers. Took 47 minutes to get prints that I set via email the day before. And they proceeded to take care customers before me and not take of the situation. Will not be returning there
