If they don't lose it they will tear it up! Terrible! They routinely deliver to me and the packages even say "this end up" and they can't even do that!

Super nice & friendly. They took care of my need without difficulty. The best part? I had a large, heavy package that was not able to be shipped because of an issue with the label via the QR code received by the Sender, which of course was no fault of theirs & the staff member took it upon herself to carry it back to my car for me. That was truly going above & beyond!! I've been here several times over the years & they have always been efficient & friendly. Get it together. Came in the store on 9/2. Was in line for over 30 minutes. Person in the store answered telephone calls before handling customers in the store. Third person in line, two people behind me.
