Super nice & friendly. They took care of my need without difficulty. The best part? I had a large, heavy package that was not able to be shipped because of an issue with the label via the QR code received by the Sender, which of course was no fault of theirs & the staff member took it upon herself to carry it back to my car for me. Get it together. Came in the store on 9/2. Was in line for over 30 minutes. Person in the store answered telephone calls before handling customers in the store. Third person in line, two people behind me.
Never received generator. Fedex offers no support
I was gonna ship a guitar out of here. Guy was very knowledgeable. I recommend anybody to ship here. He save me some money.
