Bad experience with tracking packages. No matter what office you call they route you back to a main fed ex call center. The reps refused to add a CORRECT note so the driver can find you.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP ANYTHING YOU NEED SHIPPED PROMPTLY!!!!!! On April 26th, I sent a package by FedEx Express 2 day shipping to a Dallas business for a replacement/refund. Insurance and a money-back guarantee were given/stated on the receipt. The package was never delivered and I was not given a reason other than the business was not open.
