Look it’s customer service base business…. If you can seek another location I suggest you do so. Unless it’s your last resort. Some people Aren’t happy with what they do. So they tend to put up front. Thus it’s just a job for them. FedEx is huge company Hope they can find the right people. Goodluck and god bless

Nick was awesome. Helped me use the print and go email and walked me through getting my stuff printed out. I also needed to fax my documents and he stayed with me until the fax went through. Very nice and patient guy.
Don’t waste your time here poor service and you never get connected to fax or print anything here
They were fast, accurate and very helpful. Love their customer service! I would use them again.
