Excellent customer service at the FedEx Office inside the Hilton Buena Vista Palace. Amy the manager was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful with my Amazon issue. She was very clear and upfront about the handling fees for my package, which I really appreciated. She made the process quick and stress free.
