I'm trying to find out if my package is out for delivery cause I received 2 different emails saying it is and one saying it isn't so I called customer service number not 1 time or 2 times the 1888 number the local location 5 freaking times trying to talk to someone and automated voice machines do away with that crap

This store manager is extremely rude and should not be in a leadership position. I called the store to let them know I was provided a return label that instructed me to bottom up my item but the store's representative had told me I didn't need to box it, so I wanted to verify before coming to the store. I was put on hold for approximately 5 minutes for the manager to come on to tell me they wouldn't know unless they scanned it.
