I was charged $152 to send a small envelope internationally — way higher than normal rates — and the employee Bob was rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience at this FedEx location.
Disappointed…. I usually go to the Clarkson and Manchester location but their large format printer was down. So I come in to this location I will start off saying Trevor was extremely helpful in getting things set up and the printing started. But once the printing was supposedly complete, I noticed it didn’t print several of the pages and completely skipped the second copy. This was my first time shipping something internationally. Trevor from FedEx was kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and the whole process felt really easy thanks to his help. Thank you Trevor!
Not sure why this place got 3 star reviews? I have stopped by various times here and Emily has been Absolutely AMAZING!! She is very polite, professional, goes above and beyond to help the clients and provides excellent customer service! I stopped by today to get a couple of docs laminated and she was GREAT !!
5 years ago I promised to never step food in a FedEx office for any of the services. Tried to print 1 piece a paper today…wasted 30 min. Absolutely tragic
